Privacy policy

This is a draft. It must be reviewed by a Ghanaian lawyer before go-live, in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

What we collect. When you create an account or place an order, we collect your name, email address, company details, contact information, order details and payment reference. We also collect limited device and analytics data to keep the platform working.

Why we collect it. To run your account, process and deliver orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and improve the platform.

What we share. We share data only where it is needed to run the service: with our payment processor, logistics partners, suppliers who fulfil your orders, analytics providers, and our email provider. We never sell your personal data.

Payments. Card and mobile-money details are handled by our payment processor, Paystack. We do not store full card or mobile money details.

Retention. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Security. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Email us at [email protected] to make a request.

Cookies. We use cookies to keep your cart and sign-in session and to understand how the platform is used.

Children. The platform is for businesses and is not directed at children.

International transfers. Data may be processed on infrastructure located outside Ghana (including cloud hosting and email providers).
