Adetonfie Wholesale Market connects you to shops, market traders, food service businesses, institutions and other buyers across Ghana.

Who can apply. Importers, local manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, brand owners, and producers and aggregators of Ghanaian goods.

How onboarding works.

1. Apply. Email [email protected] with your business name, owner, categories, regions served and volumes.

2. Verification. We verify your business (KYB): registration documents, TIN, owner ID, proof of premises, and any required regulatory approvals such as FDA Ghana for food, cosmetics and drugs, or GSA standards documentation. Payout details must be in the business name.

3. Review. Our team reviews your application and decides.

4. Vendor agreement. You sign the vendor agreement.

5. Catalog setup. You set up your products, pack sizes, prices and stock. We review before publishing.

6. Stock and warehouse assignment. We agree which region and location holds your stock.

7. Go-live. You start selling, with a trial period and monitoring.

8. Performance. We track fill rate, on-time dispatch, accuracy and returns.

What it costs. No supplier fees are currently charged. We may introduce fees in future and will notify you before they apply.
